homeward bound
I am getting ready to go back to Canada for my home assignment. I’ll be leaving Ghana on Saturday, July 3rd and will be there for the next three months. I have mixed feelings about going home…excited to see my friends and family, relieved to be in a familiar and comfortable place, but also a bit sad to leave my Nyankpala family, friends, home & dog… even though it’s just for a short while! I look forward to having intentional time to reflect on the last couple of years and am eager to see what God will reveal to me throughout this process. I am also grateful to have more personal opportunities to share about our Ghana ministries…stay posted, more info to come! You can check out this link to register for an online info session.
This month, I went to Yeji, Mbowura and Suburini to meet with the village school coordinators. We were able to celebrate some of the small achievements made this year by God’s grace and also share, brainstorm and pray about the areas we are in great need of God’s wisdom and provision.
