March Updates
Just like that, a quarter of the year has already flown by. It has truly felt like a whirlwind. The following are some brief updates of what has happened this month in our lives & ministry:
Celebrated Ghana’s 65th Independence Day on March 6th.
Evangelical Church of Ghana’s (ECG) General Overseer’s Appreciation for Rev. KK Maxwell Liwangol.
ECG Campus Ministry Convention for post-secondary students in the Tamale District.
I was approved by Ghana Immigration for another year of residence (permanent residence visa).
We submitted a visa application for Enoch to visit Canada on a visitor’s visa.
We went car hunting, found and bought a suitable car…and brought home a cat in the process (in hopes that the cat, Callie Madina, will help with our “mice problem” in the house!)
Making preparations for the upcoming missions trip with ECG Campus Ministry students to Navrongo during the Easter week.
Moved the after-school program classroom into the veranda, still working on building literacy skills each week with corresponding bible lessons.
And lastly, still keeping busy cleaning and feeding the pigs on the pig farm twice a day!
PRAYER REQUESTS:
Please intercede for the House of Mercy in Ukraine in the midst of the crisis affecting millions of people seeking safety.
Pray for our CIM staff members who have experienced losses this month.
Pray for our preparations for the evangelical outreach in Navrongo during the Easter week.
Pray for Pastor Abraham Labuer and his family, as they transfer from the Zabrama area to Dama-Nkwanta in April. We praise God for the growth of the Zabrama church over the years.
Pray that Enoch’s visa application will go through smoothly and be approved to visit Canada on a visitor’s visa.
