Teach us to number our days…

…that we may gain a heart of wisdom. (Psalm 90:12)

Thank you for your encouraging messages and prayers over me as we are experiencing this global pandemic and time of ever-changing uncertainty. I have felt God's peace and presence with me.

Like much of the rest of the world, Ghana has shut down schools and banned public gatherings as of March 16. Because of this, we have stopped meeting with the children and youth for our weekly ministries. However, I have continued meeting with my Twi teacher- as we meet on the compound where I live (and he lives next door). I will continue my Twi lessons for now, unless otherwise advised.

Class in March singing "My Lighthouse" after studying John 8

"I am the light of the world. Whoever follows me will not walk in darkness, but will have the light of life." John 8:12

Having a conversation with the children and youth about the COVID-19 pandemic and preventative measures as Ghana's first COVID-19 cases began to emerge in mid-March.

I'm  grateful to live in a time in which connecting with others around the world is so accessible. I would be honored to pray specifically for you or your family, especially as we all navigate these unprecedented times. Please email me your updates and prayer requests so I can likewise be supporting you through the power of prayer.

God bless you,

Janice Wong
